I need to keep reminding myself of that sometimes. Every day is a fresh start and a new beginning. We get caught up in things and we forget that things will change over time. Sometimes good and sometimes bad. But either way, we don’t stay where we are. We continue!
Crucified with Christ

Galatians 2:20 (NKJV)
I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
How do you identify?
As a disciple of Jesus Christ, we need to be determined and steadfast to be like Him. Galatians 2:20 tells us that we need to be crucified in Him. To abandon the flesh and to live the life of Christ who now lives in us! It also tells us that we need to live by faith in the Son of God who died for us and gave Himself in our place.
My First Blog Entry

I tried this once before and it didn’t go very well. I figured I would give it another whirl to see how this goes.
As I sit here seeking the Lord on Saturday afternoon to prepare myself to preach the Word tomorrow. I can’t help but think about where things are at in the world I see that the church needs to first of all be encouraged. 1 Peter 5:6-7 (NKJV) says “Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.”
